A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 4 OF THE CITY OF BENNINGTON, KANSAS.

Be it Ordained by the Governing Body of the City of Bennington, Kansas:

Section 1.  Charter Ordinance No. 4 is hereby repealed.
