There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of regulating and managing floodplains within the corporate limits of the City of Bennington, Kansas, a “Floodplain Management Ordinance,” with any amendments described hereinafter. No fewer than three (3) copies of said Model Floodplain Management Ordinance shall be marked “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 411” and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
